Cars From Md.,Va. Are D.C.’s Worst Parking Offenders

More than 20 drivers with vehicles registered in Maryland and Virginia have racked up dozens of parking tickets each year that remain unpaid months or years later. Records maintained by the D.C. Department of Public Works indicate that of 21 vehicles with 75 or more unpaid parking citations, all but two were registered in states bordering the District.
